All magnets are custom-made using your personal photos, which makes each order unique. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you order arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll replace it.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once completed, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected. If you need your magnets by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order – We’ll do our best to accomodate.
For best results, we recommend using cleara, well-lit photos that are not blurry or heavily cropped. Photos taken in good lighting and directly from your phone’s camera roll typically print best.
